By 2030, Winfrey will gain a slight lead over Kanye West in the billion dollar club. West lands in second place with approximately $4 billion net wealth. Other celebrities making the top 10 of the study’s billionaire list are Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, and Rush Limbaugh.

To conduct their study, the casino/gaming site selected the 50 wealthiest celebrities from the latest Forbes list. The data is pulled from current and previous earnings.

In a released statement, a spokesperson for the studysaid, “The results showing just how rich our favorite celebrities will be in ten years are staggering. With celebs raking in millions each year, many of them turn to side-hustles like TV appearances, launching their own fashion and cosmetic lines, and branded slot machines to keep the money rolling in.”

Last month, The Color Purple actress and Hearst Communications announced the end to the printed editions of O, The Oprah Magazine. Monthly issues will stop rolling out after December. The monthly magazine has come to an end after nearly 20 years.

A representative for Hearst Magazines told The Hollywood Reporter that the brand is moving towards a platform “more digitally centric.”

In a statement, Winfrey said, “I’m proud of this team and what we have delivered to our readers over the past 20 years. I look forward to the next step in our evolution.”

If Oprah is number one in ten years, don’t expect it to change her. In 2008, in the March issue of The Oprah Magazine, the Beloved actress wrote about her wealth and how she managed her relationship with money. At the age of 15, she was stocking shelves and folding socks for about $1.50 an hour. As a teenager, she discovered that this was “no way to live or make money.” Two years later, she found a real love for working in radio. Even though she was earning about $100 a week, she would have done the job for free.

Winfrey wrote, “For me, money has always been about an energy exchange, following the law of cause and effect. I give my energy to the work and in exchange am rewarded with a different form of energy—money. This in turn lets me acquire, create, and build other forms of energy, from the necessities of food and shelter to material possessions that enhance the quality of life to endeavors that help others reach their fullest potential.”

“All these many years later, I still know I am not my income. I am not the lifestyle my income can afford me,” she added.
