Though no suspects have been named, Boulder police say JonBenet’s parents, John and Patsy Ramsey, ““remain under an umbrella of suspicion.’’ An attorney for the Ramseys said ““no member of the family has ever owned or possessed [a stun gun]. It must now be clear to any open-minded person that this vicious crime was committed by an outsider.’’ The police and the district attorney’s office declined to comment.
